![]() Poor customer service and not worth the terrible experience. The Koons GM Corner dealership acted liked they did not care about selling a vehicle. We saw the girl going into the dealership with a different person. Well about another 20 minutes went by and she did not return. She stated she was not a sales rep and was going to go get one. We watch this girl go all over the lots for about another 20 minutes just pushing the unlock button on the remote. We showed her a picture of the Honda CR-V and she stated she would find the vehicle. Some girl came out and asked if she could help. We walked around the lots for about 20 minutes and could not locate the Honda CR-V on the listing. Arrived after about a 50 minute drive to look a the Honda CR-V. Went to look at a vehicle that was verified by e-mail to be on the lot. They must be doing so well they can afford to ignore potential customers before they even walk in the door.Īnyway, my experience doesn't seem totally out of line with other ratings. Especially bizarre for a luxury brand with plenty of other dealers in the metro area. I've never had a dealer be totally dead silent on a first touch inventory inquiry, ever. no response (I verified the emails went through). I then emailed the general sales email address twice over two days repeating my question. The response back was a boilerplate message about wanting me to sell my car to them, absolutely no human response about my question. Very recently though, I reached out to make a basic inquiry on whether three specific vehicles listed on their website were available for sale. They also diagnosed a problem my local shop missed, so the mechanics are paying attention, which is good. One extra star because the service department handled recalls and a state inspection reasonably well a few years ago on my old A4. Look for the same model but different, and they pretend that the one you picked is sold. Here's what they do: THEY POST THE CAR on THEIR website, and they pick the best model for dropping the price below market, which makes you come, but once you get there to the dealership, they will tell you the car is sold. I was like, I CALLED EARLIER and planned everything with the salesman, but it turned into. I explained that his answer was, Oh, we sold this car. Yeah, welcome, he said, and he gave me water to relieve me from losing my temper. Then I asked to speak with the sales manager. I drove an hour away to see a car, and everything was planned in advance with a salesman, and once I got there, they kept telling me there was another guy who wanted to buy the same car and asked me to see another car, which was more expensive and completely different. I've worked with many dealerships before, but never with such absolutely terrible customer service skills and very unprofessional Staff. My experience with this car dealership was horrible-literally a scam and just there to waste your time. Located in Sterling, VA / 4 miles away from Ashburn, VA ![]()
