![]() ![]() Just ask for a Room looking to East El Paso (or all of our odd number ending Rooms) and you will hear nothing while you sleep all night. Beautiful Roof top year round heated Pool on the 5th floor great El Paso Menu and the most comfortable beds you can find in all of west Texas. To all the Trip Advisor users that read your review, I must say this: If you do decide to come with Kids and with the intentions of sleeping, there is NO PLACE like Hotel Indigo El Paso. I hope you do give us another chance and enjoy a very enjoyable Hotel, now that you know some more details of our Operations. Thank you for remembering and recognizing Dave, our Concierge, he will be delighted to learn you mentioned him. A Guest can use the $10 in whatever section of the Breakfast Menu it chooses to. Not for any specific section of the Menu. The Breakfast Coupon we offer is good for $10 dollars. They know this and know they are not tipped every time. Valet parking Staff does not need to be tipped every time. We do have a Valet Parking adjacent to the Hotel that does charge $12 per night, regardless of the ins and outs throughout the day and night. Our Hotel being in the Historic Downtown area, has no parking space of its own, just as you experience in many Downtown areas across the country. Our Web Site does state specifically DJ Music playing every Friday and every Saturday until 2am. I see we failed to offer you a room on the East Side of the Building where you will hear NO sound coming from our Bar located on the West side of the Building. KabulKate, We are very sorry to hear your lack of sleep hampered your road drive the day following your stay with us. I'm not that fun when I travel all week for work. It is a great hotel that I would stay at for fun. There wasn't a gift shop/snack shop where you can just grab a snack or coffee. Along with lots of laughing, yelling outside and in the hallway. But at almost 11:00 pm it was still going strong. I did call and ask when the music is going to be over on a weeknight and they said by 10:00 pm. Only one restaurant and it was pricey for both dinner and breakfast. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything (hallway, traffic, music, tv). As a business traveler whose room was facing the pool it was very loud. Website says on weekends but I was there on Thursday and they had music this night. You can get pizza at pool and chill for an evening. Restaurant on site (kind of pricey but good). The hotel is a cool boutique hotel but not for a business traveler. Any talking or noise in the hall came right through into the room. The unique barn doors to the bathroom, were also noisy. There does not appear to be any insulation between the rooms and the hallway. Only drawback to the hotel was the noise. Overall a great experience in the heart of downtown El Paso. We were there for a wedding, so on wedding day getting the car in and out several times, could have been a hassle, but the valet was well manned and worked with us to keep the car available quickly. Parking is via Valet, but the service was fast and courteous. Unusual lobby, the check-in desk is located on the 5th floor, near the main bar and pool. The breakfasts included a large selection of foods, good coffee and good service one out of two days that we visited. We purchased breakfast added to the room and enjoyed a nice breakfast in a facility connected to the hotel. Recently renovated with very comfortable beds, great bathroom with a huge shower. ![]() Great experience from check in to check out. ![]()
